I am using an USB interface 2 with a fx 18 v2 mainly on aerofly pro deluxe.
At first impression everything seemed perfect... BUT, after a while I noticed that at some precise stick positions, the commands where "jumping". I mean that for an heli for example, at some precise throttle stick position the heli will climb like crazy for few milliseconds. Looking at the "controls" interface clearly shows the problem (also visible on the game controller setting of window and with IntCon). The problem can be reproduced but multiple trials must be done before having it.
It seem like there is some dust on the potentiometer or something similar. I have removed the crystal: no impact. The stranger thing is that a real receiver is not affected (I have tested the stuff with a receiver and a servo connected while looking at the controls calibration screen of aerofly).
Any help or idea would be very appreciated.

What happens if you change the chanel mapping in the R/C transmitter? Is this jumpy behaviour bound to a certain stick or potentiometer or is it bound to a certain channel output?
Maybe you can change the mapping, so that the "bad channel" isn't used any more for the simulator.
Remember that servos have a slow-acting response to the transmitter. Maybe the servo or the transmitter filters out these glitches while the USB-Interface has a rather quick and direct response.
You can try to locate the source of the error by exchaning the computer and the R/C transmitter.

I am sorry to say, that this seems to be a common problem with this interface. I know three other customers that have the same behavior.
The same with the new interface I got from MFTech.
The only solution so far is to inactivate all buttons with the Setup-Programm.
I guess it is time for the developer to solve the problem now.

ich habe das gleiche Problem wie Tino.
Gibt es inzwischen eine Lösung?
Was meint Tino mit dem Deaktivieren aller Buttons? Ich finde zwar den Knopf im IntCon, das Klicken ändert aber gar nichts.

und ich dachte: Ich wäre der einzige mit diesem Problem.
Ich besitze ein USB-Interface von Juli04. Also eine frühe Version des USB-Interfaces.
Als ich im Simulator meinen Heli endlich im Rückenflug halbwegs unter Kontrolle hatte, hab ich dieses Verhalten zum ersten mal bemerkt.
Damit der Heli im Rückenflug eine konstannte höhe behält, muss ich negativ Pitch geben. Und genau bei dieser Knüppelstellung wurde der Heli manchmal urplötzlich in den Boden gerammt. Also: eben hat er noch schön geschwebt, dann plötzlich: Crash. Somit bin ich der Sache mal nach gegangen und habe dabei Festgestellt das der Fehler auf allen 6 Kanälen auftritt. (Beide Knüppel und zwei Linearschieber) Dadurch das es bei allen Kanälen auftritt und auch bei fast identischem "Pegel" bin ich mir sicher das es am Interface liegt. Ich besaß vorher das Gameport-Interface auch von MFTech und bin der Meinung das dort der Fehler nicht aufgetreten ist. Oder ich habe es nur nicht gemerkt. <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->
